From I-90 take exit 5. Go south into LaCrosse. Stay on that road, it turns into Losey blvd. Go about 4 miles to Main st. Take a left on Main and go straight up the bluff. Main turns into Bliss Rd. Go all the way to top of hill and make left on county rd. FA. Go one mile and park in gravel lot next to weather station.<br /><br />
